OUR TEAM
Our team combines extensive experience in Banking, Financial and Operational Audits, Internal Audit, Information System Audit, Accounting Services, Investment Advisory, Internal Control Assessments, Compliance Reviews as well as Tax Consultancy and Support.
SEBANK ASSOCIATES have full time professionals who specialize in each area of its services. Before being engaged, each one's professional background is thoroughly reviewed, to make sure that the individual can keep up the highest standards maintained. All staff are professionally recruited and trained, before allowing them to service the clients.
Professionals
- Currently, our staff is composed of professionals in addition to a pool of Consultants in various fields of experience to support its operations.

- We advocate a continuous staff professional development program to ensure and maintain a high professional caliber of our staff.

Personnel
The firm is under the direction of two partners who happen to be core professionals. Their curriculum vitae are appended to this profile. They are all well qualified professionals, of rich, wide, and long experience in public consultancy.
The firm has, in addition to the partner and director, four qualified staff in various consultancy fields. Their standards are upheld and improved through in-house training schemes, seminars and sponsorship to various short courses.
The personnel strength of the firm is considered adequate. The firm uses modern EDP equipment in the execution of most assignments. Where necessary, a carefully selected reserve of part-time and temporary staff is available as required. Joint assignments with specialized local firms are also entered into taking care to preserve the operating ethics and standards of our firm.
All members of staff are fluent in English and Kiswahili in both written and spoken.
Management
The policy making organ of the firm is the Partners' Forum.
The firm operates on a conventional consulting set up. The Managing Partner is the Chief Executive of the firm. Each professional wing ie Assurance, Accountancy, Business & Banking Consultancy and Taxation is managed by a partner/director who coordinates and gives assurance in the whole assignment process. For each audit assignment there is an Engagement partner and a QA Partner. There is a Chief Consultant who can be one of the partners/directors or a contracted professional for every consultancy undertaken. The Chief Consultants are assisted by consultants. All consultants oversee assignments within their disciplines. There is also a separate General administration and IT Consultancy wing.
